Has anyone used First choice to book a holiday?

Were they ok? I’m booking a 3 night break for the week after next to Ibiza later and first choice are coming out £300 cheaper than jet 2 and Tui! Are they ok or is it too good to be true?

They are cheaper than Tui because there’s the option to add on luggage and a transfer rather than automatically including it.
Other than that it’s like a Tui holiday.
