I think I’ve had it with M&S online. I had kind of got used to the awful website and stuff selling out no sooner than in the basket, or at pay stage. But I ordered several pretty basic items last week for my holiday. I paid extra for delivery named day today. In the early hours of today I receive emails saying cancelled as out of stock. I don’t get this anywhere else. Why wait till delivery day to tell me? Now there’s no time to shop or order anywhere else and the nearest store is nearly 40 miles away. Such poor service!!! Anyone else have this?
