I ordered a BBQ fish pack, due to be delivered on Thursday. Mackerel, king prawns, salmon, plaice and scallops. I didn't really think about it at the time, but I have realised that the scallops will arrive raw in a half shell. How do I cook them on a BBQ? Take them out of the shell to cook, and put in the shell to serve? Or is the shell ok on the barbie? It is a charcoal BBQ, not gas.
