I live with low level anxiety but manage a responsible job and generally tick over ok.
over the last week am having a terrible flare up due to some health issues with a loved one.
does anyone have any tips particularly around appetite loss? The smell of most food is making me nauseous.
i wonder if eating too little is worsening my symptoms?
also how to stop the what ifs and catastrophizing?
think I spent most of the morning at work in a mild panic attack- short of breath, roasting hot, and numb feet- not helpful when I need to focus!
