Tu/Sainsburys not helping with missing order

Going away on first holiday and a discount so did a huge clothes order of £380 for all the family and swimwear etc, thinking I’d return had if it.

ordered last week for next day delivery and Tu didn’t even send it to the courier until Saturday. They also sent it standard not next day. Ive bee trying customer service every day on chat and they don’t help and just drop the chat every single time.

Have you asked for the Next Day fee to be returned? Other than that, I'm not sure what else you expect them to do at this stage. It doesn't sound like it is missing, it's just delayed as it was sent standard. Or is this wrong?
