Is this ringworm on my baby?

I noticed that my 1 year baby had a small dry scaly patch on her leg last week and it has now gotten bigger. I’ve not noticed her itching it at all. I initially thought ringworm as we have a dog at home but now I’m not sure? Any thoughts?

It looks like eczema. Ringworm typically has a lighter middle and is more circular.

Too irregular shaped to be ringworm and no ´bullet´ mark in the middle.

Another vote for eczema, we use Aveeno baby cream to keep on top of my daughter's.
