Does my foot look swollen ?

I worked out for the first time in a long time on Monday. I used a heavier kettlebell for a couple of exercises, knee raises etc and then did some leg and core work without the kettlebell.

Since Wednesday I’ve been in alot of pain in the area I’ve circled, it hurts to walk but does get better after a while, still hurts but I can bear weight albeit with a slight limp. No swelling or bruising that I can tell.
It hurts alot more when I’m resting weirdly, a sort of throbbing ache. The lain sometimes radiates up around the sides and back of my ankle. I have a very sore spot when I press where the circled area is. It hurts significantly more when I tip toe or try to hop on that foot.

I’m asking on here as I can’t get to see anyone in person right now due to childcare. Does this sound like a tendon injury or something worse ?

Excellent tan lines!!
yes it does look swollen compared to the other foot. Hard to be able to know exactly what might be the actual problem but I’d probably whack an ice pack on it and keep it elevated a few times a day.
I get an annoying knee niggle when I run, no idea what it is and or what’s causing it so I just do a short run a couple of times a week as a warm up and pray it doesn’t get worse 🫣😂

It looks a little swollen to me, but not hugely.

however I think given that the pain is very specifically located, I’d probably get it checked out - at minor injuries if you have one near you. It can wait until tomorrow though I think.
