3 year old injured by crocodiles - man arrested

So I assume the man deliberately placed the child into the crocodile enclosure. Psychopath? Sounds similar to the man who threw the boy off the Tate?

Reading about the latest story, it comes to mind that there are two main issues - the employment of good quality care staff - not often possible when they only get minimum wage and the company that is PAID by the local authority to provide care makes a good profit. And then there is the right of the vulnerable adult who may have a tendency to violence or unpredictable behaviour to be able to go out and do normal things in the community.

I don't have any answers, but all sorts of MH care seems to be given over to greedy contractors and then we wonder why people - both patients and victims - are injured or die.
