I can't eat palm oil. It inflames my pancreas and I'm quite unwell now and can't eat any processed food, amongst other things. I spotted an Instagram post a few weeks ago pointing out that all commercial bread has palm oil in. I checked the labels and it's true. I can't eat shop bread either. They're putting it in everything. It's disgusting and the food isn't worth eating. On the plus side, homemade stuff is cheaper and healthier. We have a breadmaker and you can make things like a fruit loaf in an airfryer.

I’ve been told by my practice nurse to lower my cholesterol and sent me a NHS link on how to do this. It says to cut out palm oil. It’s in every loaf I can find - even the ones that are cooked onsite. It’s in everything!
