Just that.

My DH is driving me potty. Lots of low level criticism which generally starts with him saying 'you should..."
Could be hang out the washing, unload the dishwasher, take the rubbish to the bin

And you instantly give the job to him. He shoulds you stop.

You clearly aren’t responding harshly enough if he’s still doing it.
If my DH told me I should take out the bins or empty the dishwasher i would be telling him to fuck off.

My DH used to say that. (I loved him dearly) And I'd always grin and reply, 'Yes, you should.'
He also often said, 'You could ...' and again, I'd reply, 'Yes, you could ...'

TBF, he is working and I'm on holiday but it's been 10 weeks of you should.
I have obviously been saying that he could too.
Today has mainly been centred around booking a dog friendly hotel for a couple of nights in Portugal later this week. He does have a valid argument with this. The dog is mine and I chose to bring him to Spain. But it's really got in my tits today for some reason
