Has anyone got an email or contact for Sky who could escalate or resolve a complaint quickly?
Theyve been absolutely useless and H is raging.
Just moved house so H got Sky to book an engineer. They sent the wrong one - turns out it needed a reinstall (this is what H did tell them initially).
Couldn’t get another appointment for 2 weeks. Say finally arrives. H took day off & has waited in since 11am. Someone rang the doorbell at 4pm but didn’t hang around and disappeared before H answered it. (Ring doorbell so could see). For some unknown reason, engineer then buggered off!! Sky now say they can’t send someone else until the 30th!!!!
It’s very much a first-world problem but incredibly annoying and the complaints dept who have logged this update weren’t very helpful.
Anyone got a tried and tested way to contact them and get this sorted?!!! Thanks!
