Tai Chi- any good online resources?

I started a class a few weeks ago and I'm not really enjoying it that much for the cost (£10 a session and I'd rather spend £40 a month on something else considering the cost of living at the moment.

I fully get the benefits, and would like to carry on at home. I find it hard to relax and do the 'meditation/ relaxing side' with 25 other people in the hall.

The teacher is okayish but I feel he does too many poses for us beginners. We also use swords for about a third of the hour and they are quite complicated in terms of hand positions. It's not relaxing!

I also joined as a social thing to meet new people, but everyone just disappears off at the end of the session.

So- is there a good online video for beginners to do at home? I don't want to sign up to Zoom classes and although I've already looked at videos there is a huge range.

I've had a quick look through a few Youtube videos and this guy appears to be ok. He tells you the names of each movement as he's doing them.

That's just one of his many videos pick which ones interest you.

I practiced Tai Chi for years and loved it.

I am interested in this too.

I had the same issue in Pilates - at the end when everyone was relaxing, I wanted to either laugh or sleep, depending on my mood. I think sometimes this type of exercise can be more relaxed at home. Assuming you don’t have interruptions there of course!
