How long would it take your partner to notice….

If you had your ears pierced for the first time as an adult, how long would it take your husband/partner to notice? I’m on day 7 ….

Third hole? Currently 17 years.

I haven't worn earrings since 2020. If I put some in now he'd notice the same day.
However my hair is curly and shoulder length, I wore hearing aids for 2 weeks without him or DS noticing.

Had mine done about 2 years ago and he hasn’t noticed yet

It’s a very minor thing and very easily missed. Are you annoyed he hasn’t noticed?

Within a few hours, he pays attention which is why I married him. He loves kissing my neck so that is how he would find out as he would move my hair out of the way.

@Thebigonesgetaway he just snuggles into my neck. He is a very affectionate man in a lovely non sexual way. We have been together 30 years and he is still very smitten with me, and I him.

Yeah. It sounds like it's theoretical as well. Like she's imagining him doing this but it has never actually happened.

And why would a man notice a pierced ear when he's trying to stick his tongue in it and get some sexy time?

He’d notice very quickly, I do have mine pierced and he notices if I’m not wearing my usual pair, it does have its downsides as I can’t get away with anything.

Very quickly but he’s extremely detail oriented. It wouldn’t bother me if he didn’t.

My husband would notice straight away because he is just like that with people, he has a real sixth sense for when something has changed about a person’s appearance.

It doesn’t extend to anything outside of people though, I changed our bedroom curtains before Christmas and every single night he closes them and I wait for him to notice, still hasn’t😂

From no earrings to earrings? He’s partially sighted but probably not that long, for a similar reason to PP - neck kisses. I don’t know why some posters find that unlikely.

But I have two holes in each ear and I doubt he’d notice a third.
