National Lottery app has kidnapped my money and says I’ve left the country!

I’ve been kicked out of using the National Lottery app this last week. I was merrily playing an Instant Win game and it suddenly says I’m outside the UK. I’ve tried it with VPN on (London) and VPN off (again I’m in London) and nothing works. It won’t even let me sign in. Main issue is there’s money in my account and I want it back. Anyone else having these issues?

Are you on an iPhone or iPad? If yes try turning off "limit IP address tracking" in network settings.

I'm having this issue too with my iPad! I have to buy tickets using data on my phone. It's since we switched broadband.
