A combination of menopause, injury that has stopped me from running and sheer lack of willpower has left me about 2 stone overweight (or over a BMI of 25) Enough is enough now so I’ve been looking at weight loss plans. I’m not keen to use injections but have been looking at meal replacements. Maybe just for a month or so as a kickstart. I’ve come across these, which are apparently used by the NHS. Has anyone tried them?
I know that I should do it with healthy eating etc etc but I just need a bit of a starter and was wondering if this was a good way to do it. I can’t keep buying bigger clothes and am at a point where I know that there will be health issues if I don’t do something.

I used them, prescr by the NHS for the diabetes remission diet. I lost something like 15kg over 3 months. Sadly, meds changes since mean I've put most of it back on.

But it did work, and tasted nicer than a lot of other brands.
