Working on new build sites. Anyone with experience?

Is there anyone around that has someone who works on new build housing developments that could help my son please? Someone that wouldn’t mind a few questions via Pm to stop things being easily identifying. I am a long term poster. Have changed my name today as I was going to post detail but have changed my mind. Ive never worked with housing developers as I don’t generally do residential buildings but if no one else comes on board I may be able to answer questions

There’s not a lot of difference between housing and office building etc when it comes to sites

I’m not permanently based on site.
