Please can I ask for your best quiche recipes?
We are camping soon (van) and I want to store some nibbles whilst away.
I'm thinking quiche and sausage rolls so any recipes will be much appreciated 😋.

I recently made a quiche using wild garlic pesto whisked into the egg/cream/creme fraiche filling and added cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. Tasted great and stayed quite moist when stored.

My favourite is a simple cheese and onion quiche. LOTS of well caramelized onions and plenty of the cheese of your choice. I like gruyere but cheddar is also delicious.

for my BILs 50th birthday a few years ago I made a selection of mini tartlets. Smoked salmon and asparagus, Mexicana cheese and tomato, bacon cheese and onion, caramelized onion and cheddar, and I also made some gruyere and onion chutney filo parcels

Thank you so much for this.
For our wedding cake in April we did barrels of different cheeses instead of cake and still have loads to get through. I think gruyère is there in the freezer to be used 😋
