Im going right in with honesty...the older ive gotten the 'longer' my bits of skin down there have gotten! I go to the gym and i like to wear my seamless shorts to keep it all in order...so to speak however im still getting a bloody camel toe! Ive tried loose shorts so you cant see it but they get caught on some of the machines and nearly cut me in half. Is there any tried and test anti camel toe thongs that actually work? Before I get the scissors out...

I saw a video online that a removable bra cup insert can be cut down into camel toe disguise. Cut to size and put it in your underwear.

Apart from that, topical oestrogen cream. Gina from a pharmacy or Ovestin via script from a doctor. It will help to stem the atrophy and will hopefully restore things a bit.

It sounds like you're not dressing for your body type if this issue is bothering you. Choose better-fitting clothes?

I honestly wouldn’t worry about it. It’s just a human body, we’re all different shapes and sizes and if you don’t make an issue of it certainly no-one else will.

Ill be honest...its just a nightmare in anything I wear...forget the look of it...since I had my kids and am hitting menopause...its not as tidy and actually irritating. So apart from wearing a tent with no pants on...
