Has anyone successfully made a proper complaint to Ticketmaster UK?

Has anyone ever managed to raise an actual complaint with Ticketmaster? Their contact us system is sending me in circles, they’re ignoring the actual issue I’m raising and I can’t find a UK customer service number.

Surely a business this size should have a standard complaints process, it’s annoying me so much it’s so hard to navigate but I don’t want to give up because they’re so irritating.

I don't know. I suspect they're as bad as BT Openreach. <<twitches>>

I successfully got a refund on tickets recently, started through the live chat and they escalated the complaint. Took about a week but I was gobsmacked they actually came back in my favour.

I had to really really push them to refund tickets where the venue was changed.

Yes but I had to keep going and going with them. Absolute nightmare but got there in the end. Think I threatened to complain to the ombudsman type people in charge of ticket sales.

I usually look at the privacy statement as there's usually an actual email address there and you can ask them to pass the complaint on.

There's a new rule coming in that all businesses have to have a complaints process for data protection issues and I think it should have been widened to include consumer queries too.

When I am Queen every business will have to deal with complaints and queries within 48 hours of receipt.

Yes but it was horrendous trying to get hold of anyone.

My account had been hacked and while I could change my password etc it wouldn’t let me change the phone number linked to my account (which was the scammers phone number). It took about 2 months to get sorted.
