I got a lovely new ring but this has made me see my age spots more clearly. Is there any cream that might reduce them a little?

I have found No.7 retinol hand cream very good.
It has definitely reduced the brown spots I had, my hands are virtually clear now.
It doesn't happen overnight, but if you religiously make an effort every day it will help.

I try to see my age spots as a badge of pride. They tell me I am on the way to becoming a strong older woman like my granny was. Having a degenerative hand condition which may limit what I can do with my hands in future, I'm very grateful that they function and do what I need them to do. I get that not everybody feels the same way, but I think it's good to at least consider a different way of looking at it.

I do know that this is the way I should think about it, but if there was a low intervention approach to reduce them I'd be tempted
