Once again we have Trump dictionary meaning. A deal is when:

*The immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon is announced and Israel says WTF???

*Trump says Strait of Hormuz is "permenantly toll free" - but Iran says Iranian arrangements” mean Iran and Oman can charge fees for passage.

*Iran will not build or buy nuclear weapons - but this is what they say they've been doing all along, so nothing new.

What exactly did this war achieve? Trump says it remade the region in America's ATM favour, as he also warned if the nuclear accord fell through, he would make the US "the guardian of the Middle East" in return for 20% of the region's revenues.

Trump could absolutely provoke other nations into nuclear level retaliation with his rhetoric 🫣

That is in a CNN story about how a US official says the blockade will not be lifted until Iran signs the MOU on Friday, although IRAN says the blockade has to be lifted before they sign.

And on release of funds :

“This is completely not true. This is a pay for performance deal and no frozen funds will be released without the Iranians implementing their commitments,” the official told CNN on Sunday.

Another thing Iran says needs to happen before signing.

It's almost as if the US officials expect actual instructions or orders via some process, and that they do not read TRUTH SOCIAL.

How telling that we haven't been given sight of the MOU. Iran is dealing with backlash from its hardliners who aren't in favour of whatever was signed and the US might be having a slight problem with reining in Israel.

And what about the chicken and egg situation of opening the SoH. Release the funds then we open the Strait. No, no. Open it then we release your frozen money. Remove the blockcade then we open the Strait... It goes on.

On and the time between now and Friday...that's two weeks.

Nothing signed. It's an agreement to sign an agreement to start talking to formulate an agreement.

The only thing they do agree on, but they don't agree enough to put their names to it, is that they need to agree that they need an agreement.

They are supposed to sign the agreement to start talking about an agreement in Geneva this Friday, but there seems to be a bit of a disagreement about if they agree to sign it.

So am I correct that we're basically in the hole for somewhere between 600 billion and 1 trillion for the war, 13 service members and a truckload of Iranian schools children dead, and have ended up with a MOU for an agreement that's not quite as good as the JPCOA?
