Anyone else find social media of celebrities increasingly annoying and beyond sense?
I don't follow anyone celeb-wise or Instagram and the like but I do Facebook scroll and some of these posts come up on my wall and leave a nasty taste in mouth.
I used to be a fan of Countdown (quiz) and thought quite highly of Carol Vordaman as a person who talked sense, I even remember her talking in the early days how pointless social media is. Her posts are some of the worst, just photo after photo of herself. It's almost as if all common sense has been lost.
Each to their own and I largely just ignore it but when it's forced in your face it does make you wonder and also surprised/disappointed.
What I find most annoying thing with all of this is the level of stupidity the celebs must think of their viewer. Posts like 'just heading to the gym' in an incredibly revealing outfit - the gym is irrelevant you just want to post a photo of yourself:D ! And why would you think we need to know about you heading to mentioned gym in the first place:)
Perhaps I'm on my own but I've never felt such a sense of 'the world is going mad'
