Is this a strange bug going around?

Does anyone have similar?
Started last Monday with exhaustion and bad headache for 2 days (but I presumed this was my period and being in London all weekend).

Felt fine when I woke Wednesday morning, then halfway through a meeting in work got awful stomach cramps and liquid diarrhoea.

Had loose stools since, on and off nausea and pain and achy in lower back and thighs.

Husband has been working away since Tuesday morning and has told me he feels the same, even waking in the night with diarrhoea. Kids absolutely fine! Neither of us have vomiting or a fever.

I’ve just started the Aegles acne supplement (3 weeks ago) and it’s really working for me- really hoping this is a bug and not that as I don’t want to stop it!

I’ve got it too, seven days in and my stomach is still not a fan of solid food! I’m surviving on tea and chicken soup and I’ve lost 4 kilos ( which I needed to lose so every cloud has a silver lining) No hunger which is strange as I’m normally a hungry person.

I had it about 3 or 4 weeks ago. The diarrhoea/loose stools went on for almost a week. I lived on plain crackers, ginger tea and flat lemonade.

DH didn’t get it though.

Had sort of similar a few weeks ago, I was feeling great up until then! Has gotten back in to exercising and strength training and my workouts were starting to get easy! I had the headaches and nausea but not the runs. Was mostly just totally wiped out and walking the dog was a huge effort. The most annoying thing for me was that it took me 2 weeks to feel normal again, and now two weeks again after that I still don’t feel right. I haven’t worked out in a month! Well, I tried and it was just really hard. So fed up!

I've had those symptoms, but I thought it was the menopause causing them!

My other half and I have something very similar now, and we're not even in the UK!

Extremely fuzzy headed too

Thanks, everyone! As much as I don’t want others to have it, it’s nice to know it’s not just me- stuff like this triggers my anxiety badly🙃
