Have Octopus stopped doing Neros?

I went onto Octoplus this morning and there was no Cafe Nero/Greggs.

I wasn't able to get a Nero voucher last week as they were showing as all gone even at the normal time I get them but there were Greggs available.

A free weekly Nero is why we signed up.

Dh tried earlier no luck but I am sure he said it was back when he tried about 30 minutes ago.

Edited to say, just checked with him and he got one as usual today but there was a delay.

I dont think Ive ever seen Nero available on the app (only Greggs), and I get to the office at about 7am, surely they cant all be gone by that time?!

Oh you definitely need to be on it at a time that begins with a 5!

Having a crap week (and it's only Tuesday). It would have tipped me over if I can't get a free Neros! I wasn't on early enough this morning so will have to keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Ive never seen this on the app. However the VUE conema 2 for £8 is always available.

I haven’t had a ‘free’ coffee for ages. I’d love for them to mix up the release times a bit, maybe random so it’s a bit unpredictable. For example have a percentage released at lunchtime or school run afternoon time, maybe even a few at 10pm for shift workers. Also if they could prevent people screen shotting and saving for later as some of them don’t even get used.
