wondering if anyone has ever returned anything to wayfair if this is normal?
I bought an office chair two days ago and after building it twice the handle for it to go up and down doesn't work. I started a return just now and I picked for them to pick it up on the 15th (I don't have a printer and was planning on heading on out friday to get the return label printed out for them to pick up on the monday)
just got a text saying they will pick it up today.
If they show up today it's in the packaging and I have put it all back in the box and taped it up but I don't have the return label.. What's the point in letting you pick the date if they don't come to get it on that date?!
