Help me find a discreet cooling vest that doesn’t cost ££ - for me! Not for a dog

I can’t cope with the humid heatwaves we have these days, I’ve managed previously by working indoors with a neck fan but I work outdoors mostly now. It’s a job I love….

But… I can’t find a slimmish fitting cooling vest that doesn’t cost £200?!
They are basically vests with pockets that you put those cooling packs in.
You can buy gilet ones with integral USB fans but they are v bulky and also are ££

Anyone?
Note - this is for working outdoors in, not just a quick burst of exercise like a run etc.

Ah, the holy grail!
I find the gel inserts/pads are unsatisfactory as they are generally very short lasting.
i have bought this off Amazon. It comes with 24 freezable inserts which will last for a working day if you keep the spares in a cool box with a few bottles of frozen water. The jacket has 8 pouches. Freeze the pouches flat so that they don’t dig into you.

I also find these helpful. The gel in them freezes at a higher temperature than water so you can freeze them in the fridge or by throwing them in the cool box. They don’t get wet. I have found that I had to buy the Dr.ChillyTM brand , They are more expensive but a couple of the other cheaper brands that are available on Amazon that I have tried are made of very hard plastic which is uncomfortable to wear They need to go in the freezer, but despite this,They don’t feel as cold and don’t last very long at all before they need refreezing. I’m hoping that they will extend their product range To include clothing like cooling vests, but they are not doing so yet (I’ve asked them!)
