What's the silliest thing one of your family members has done? My Mum wrote to Kevin Keegan to ask him to meet her in the bus station in Sheffield because she had a kitten for him. She sent him another letter a week before to remind him. She turned up too but he ghosted her.

Before DP uncle married his American wife or she had visited the UK they were invited to a family destination wedding on DU side.
She booked flights and accommodation to early the for a family destination wedding. TBF the invite received said join Sam and Susan on 04/05/99 in bring flip-flops land.

By the time they realised she had booked for them to be away over 05/04 they couldn't afford to make the changes to attend the wedding. It's a family joke now all dates are written in 4th May format now 😆
They also married 08/08 do there was no mix up on either side

SIL bought a time share in Bali
FIL withdrew his pension fund and invested it in an overseas venture and lost everything
MIL likes writing letters to The Chief Medical Officer of the UK, she wanted to write to Keir Starmer recently about I can't even remember now. She over inflates her own intellectual capacity.

My family may not all be nice but they are not stupid thank God.

I can’t remember exactly why all our family were gathered but may have been back when my granda was ill.

My aunt was making soup for everyone and asked my uncle (her husband) if he could go pick up some parsley for it. He came back with a bag of dried soup mix instead.

My brother locked himself out of his hotel room naked in the middle of the night. He thought he'd open the toilet door
