Plain, SR and wholemeal flour, cornflour, baking soda, bicarb, demerara, dark brown, granulated and castor sugar, vanilla and almond essence, ground almonds, mixed nuts, dried fruits.
Tea: Yorkshire, Earl Grey, peppermint, camomile, Azeera: Americano and decaff - usually three of each, muesli, bran flakes, All bran, honey, jam, marmalade.
