I have a really bad habit of fancying the pants off arsehole characters in TV and film. Thankfully my husband is not like this in the slightest but what is it that attracts women to arseholes and egotistical wankers etc?? They don’t even have to be my “type” to look at. But I start watching the character and often absolutely can’t stand them at first but give it a few episodes or whatever and suddenly I fancy the hell out of them! Especially if they start a character arc that makes them slightly “nicer” as they go. I make very sensible decisions in real life thankfully and I quite like my little fantasy world of fancying these men because they can’t hurt me in my imagination!
Does anyone else find they do this though? I never like the nice men in movies ever!
