Bought two things at once. One thing was fine but the other was a dressing up costume which had the wand broken. I messaged the seller and she offered a return but only if I paid. She acknowledges it was broken in transit but has called me shameful, a thief, a con artist etc etc. she then said she wished she lived closer to me because she'd like to meet me. It's just bizarre.
If i send the costume back can I still leave a review as one item is fine? It's been so horrible and has really upset me.

Raise a dispute. Take photos of the damage and screenshots of her responses. When you fail to reach an agreeable solution get the case referred to a member of the vinted team for review. If they have admitted it's been damaged in transit you should get a full refund and hopefully get them banned due to the sellers threatening comments.

I can't because the label has been generated. They say it's too late then action can't be undone

Did you click the 'everything is ok' button? As far as I know, once youce clicked that you cant raise a dispute. If you haven't clicked it yet, you need to click 'i have an issue'.

No I didn't..I said there was an issue. It then gave me two choices - return it or keep it. But the seller refused to pay for the return despite accepting it was done in transit
