Please, would someone mind explaining in very simple terms, how this works? I joined years ago, the woman on the check out assured me that because a spend around £200 a shop, that I’d get £10 back in no time. I religiously scan my code each time. Haven’t had a penny back as far as I know. Thanks in advance.

The app has changed now so you collect points and then can use them to get products
The previous app had checkpoints where you got free items and when you spent £250 in a month you got a 10% off voucher. You don't get this now

You do have to go on the app and activate any offers you have. We had £5 off a £50 shop that we used today.

This is an example of the rewards you can choose. You can use it on groceries or save them up for money off vouchers.

Thank you! So have I lost all the points that I’ve got from scanning my QR code over the years?

Previously there weren't points (that's the new system). You would have been accruing offers, vouchers, lucky dip offers, scratch cards for free fruit etc and freebies that had expiry dates on do unless you used them as they appeared then yes I fortunately they would have gone now.

Yes you had to activate offers - so before paying or going in to the shop there would have been lots of coupons and discounts on products that you often buy so sadly you will have missed out lots of savings (took me a while as well to figure that out).

As previous posters have said it is now a points gathering app but you still have to go in and activate the coupons it’s not like Tesco for example where you just scan the QR code and all savings are automatically applied.

It wasnt points in the past. You unlocked offers that you had to activate to get money off/free items. Its points now that you save up and then choose what to spend them on. Any offers need to be activated before you shop
