Can someone advise me on the next steps?
Constructive feedback only
i submitted acas early conciliation after submitting the appeal
when should acas get back to me?
will i have to wait for the appeal to finish before acas step in?
what if the company denies the appeal?

Do be careful and think about if this is what you should do.

Acas suggests you take legal advice before you proceed. Have you done this? Or will you do it? Have you raised a grievance and an appeal with your employer? What was the outcome? What steps did you take to mitigate the situation?

You have a month minus one day to reply to the form Acas send you. The process can take up to 12 weeks.

If it goes to tribunal, it’s in the public domain, which you might want to think about.
