Teen Uber accounts

I’m confused - some links say you can add a teen but I cant see the option in my app. Is it US vs UK platforms so you can in US but not in UK??

I have my teen on my Uber app, in the UK. Think I went into account and family. Works really well and I get to know when she has ordered one and can follow her journey etc.

I have the option in the UK but they have to be 13 already so I can't yet set my dd up on it

That’s so weird I can’t see anything on my account it only lets me add Family with a specific note about how they have to be 18+!! I’ll keep digging

Does your app need updating maybe?

I go to my account and then family and it opens to the next bit

My GD is on the app she is under 18

Might need updating I’ll try that - otherwise I’ve found something that says it’s limited to certain cities and we’re not a big city so maybe it’s that

Nope looks like it doesn’t exist in my town dammit!!

I only get add adult and senior. No teen option.
