Does anyone else feel completely exhausted since the weather changed?

"low barometric pressure fatigue," I just googled and it's a thing! I never knew, just knew I'd been sleepy.

I'm fed up of changing my summer/ winter duvet.. and yes l feel fatigued and tired. In fact I'm now going to have a Granny nap.

yes! Literally fell asleep when I got home on Monday and again today. Feel absolutely wiped out!

So pleased to see this because I think I’ve been affected too - have had headaches on and off for the past couple of days and have felt really tired. I was aware that change in pressure exists as a potential cause but I’ve never linked the two together for me before - I wonder if it’s affecting more of us more because it’s been such an extreme change in pressure.

Nope, complete opposite here!
I was totally wiped out by the hot weather.

Yes! feel like I've aged 10 years! so abnormally tired.

Yes! I felt dismal in the hot weather and was sure I'd feel much better as soon as it cooled down, but I literally feel as if I've been unplugged.

Yes, definitely here. Headaches and going to bed early (ie 7pm) as utterly shattered. Was literally bouncing around with energy last week.

Yes me. I napped earlier as utterly done, and now can’t sleep even though I still feel exhausted

It's funny you mention this because I had an email from my doctors this week and it talked about weather change sickness.

I’ve been falling asleep in the middle of the day for the last couple of days.

Yes I always get like this when the pressure is low - fatigue and headache and feels like my legs are heavier than normal.

Has anybody found anything that helps?

Wow I didn't realise this was a thing. I've been so sleepy all week that I've been wondering if there's something actually wrong with me. Properly dropping tired every day.

I've been supremely exhausted all week. The poster above describing it like going into autumn hibernation mode is spot on. It's like my whole body has started shutting down and I don't think I've ever yawned so much.

That is exactly how I felt, once home after doing some not very strenuous errands in the city.

I wonder if some sort of blue light thingy would help? Or is actual atmospheric pressure that causes it?
I feel a touch better this morning but was still almost falling asleep at the wheel yesterday driving home.

Oh thank you for posting this! I have been exhausted all week and last night slept appallingly and feel awful this morning.
