Experiences of Cingal injections for severe chronic knee pain?

Has anyone had Cingal injections for severe, chronic knee pain? I am considering this privately as not available on the nhs. I have severe, constant pain and struggling with hills and steps.
Would be grateful to hear experiences.
NHS will offer steroid injection, waiting list 6 months, but the side effect is further damage to the joints. I had one years ago but the effect only lasted 3 weeks.

Not Cingal, but DH has had hydroluronic acid injections (Cingal is steroid and hA) into his knee 6 or so times now and its been really good for him - he has bone on bone arthritis and was first offered a knee replacement at 40, but has been keeping going. He first had the HA injections in 2020 when he ripped something else in his knee, but surgery couldn't happen because of covid, and it got him walking again.
I've also had HA in my arthritic big toe and that was incredible relief

Thank you for replying.
I asked about hyalurononic acid injections. My consultant will only offer steroid injections on the nhs.
I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. My knees are very swollen and I have massive bursitis around both.
I saw a consultant abroad who seemed to think that my knees being so swollen would be a contraindication for the HA injection.
I am in so much pain but I am really confused about what might help.
Did your DH have to pay privately for the treatment?

Yes, he went private. He also had a lot of swelling, and what has made the biggest difference to that is going on mountjaro- before he’d lost much weight, the oedema reduction (and it tracked down to his ankles) was incredible
