Are Nectar Prices only available in store and not online?

Just unlocked my nectar offers and “Your nectar prices” on the nectar website. Checked activity and savings and this year my savings on “Your Nectar Prices” is a big fat zero!
I want the prices not the pissy points offer!
Had a long conversation with Sains customer service where I was told I will only receive my “Your Nectar Prices” when shopping in store. I think this is total bollocks but he said that’s how it works.
But google searching says different.
Anyone out there shopping exclusively online with Sains and can see they are receiving “Your Nectar Prices” in nectar online?

I get nectar prices online and collect nectar points from online shopping.

‘Nectar prices’ you get when you shop online, ‘your nectar prices’ you also get when shopping online, they are the personalised offers which you have to activate or unlock those before you check out. Have you unlocked and shopped the personalised items?

I get nectar prices and things like bonus points on certain items when shopping online.
i have to go into the nectar app and click “unlock” and then they appear on my Sainsbury’s app.

I wonder whether you need to link your sainsburys and nectar accounts @Wetunderfoot?
I think you do it in My Account section.
I use the same password for both accounts and can see the nectar prices and nectar points online using the app or on my laptop.
Go into Nectar account and unlock all. The items change weekly so you have to do it weekly to get the prices (yeah it’s a pain!).
Dont discount the Nectar points though. I gain about 300 points per week by purchasing items with bonus points and have about £70 worth. It “learns” your shopping habit and often gives you points on regular stuff like cheese, bananas, cereals.
You can deffo get nectar prices via online shop!

Thanks, I registered my new nectar card over two years ago after all my points were stolen. I unlock both sets of offers every week on Nectar website and use the same email address for Sains and Nectar ( not same password, should that make a difference?) I receive nectar points on every shop each week but not one “Your Nectar Prices” even though everything is unlocked.
Contacted nectar they said contact Sains they dish out the prices/points. Starting to get stuck in that back and forth loop each blaming the other. It was sheer hell getting a new card registered two years ago.

you should be able to see your nectar
card there as they need to be linked.
You can unlock the prices on your nectar card that allows you to get them instore as you are physically using a card but I think online your sainsburys account won’t be able
to access those nectar prices unless the two are linked. You have to input the nectar card number.
I don’t work for sainsbury @Wetunderfoot but I’m going on what I can see on my sainsburys account!

So just because my nectar card is registered on Sainsburys under Account/Nectar doesn’t mean I automatically get the “Your Prices” when I’ve unlocked them every week? What else do I have to do. I can’t see anywhere where it says link them in my Account either with Sains or Nectar. Confused

Yes it should do! If you can see your nectar card in the sainsburys account I can’t see why it doesn’t sync them!
Check that the nectar number is the same on both accounts?
Baffled!

Just done my Sains order online, my email confirmation came through and said Save with Your Nectar Prices next Time ! So no the nectar is not giving me Your Prices. 😡

have you checked that the nectar account number is the same on both accounts? Although looking at it I think you enter it on the sainsburys account and link it.
