I'm currently reading Wild Dark Shore which I'm really enjoying.

Loved careless people. Flesh was ok.

I’m currently reading The Peacemakers by Margaret Macmillan, about the Versailles conference of 1919. It’s excellent but a solid nonfiction like this tends to take me a while to get through.

Erm... well, I have piles of books TBR. They loom so large that they are at risk of toppling over and suffocating me in my sleep! The trouble is that I am addicted to buying books, and I can't just buy one!

I finished Yesteryear and The Way of the Hermit while I was away recently, plus two books on Christian fundamentalist groups by people who had left. 'The Names' is one that I might reread soon. At the moment, I'm reading 'Fathermothergod'... about someone who grew up in Christian Science, but I have others about WW2, the British "migration scheme" of children to Commonwealth countries, a late Adrian Mole book, guides to self-sufficiency, different religions, and a stack of Welsh children's books to help me to learn to read in Welsh! (And, admittedly, a huge Welsh dictionary to help me with any words that I don't know...). It is an interesting mix!

I really want to read Yesteryear but I can’t justify buying any more books for the foreseeable!
