Have anyone else’s jersey dresses stretched longer and become narrower?

Jersey dresses changing shape.

I've got 3 similar dresses, same brand (Boden, so not cheap). All three have done the same thing. Got longer in length and narrower, therefore becoming too clingy and tight.

To start with, I thought maybe I'd put a bit of weight on (I had), so dieted it off. BUT the dresses still don't fit. They have actually changed shape.

I've always hand washed them, never tumble dried them. They're in good condition, other than the weird tightness/stretching.

It can't be just me?

Have you hung them to dry rather than drying flat? You’re meant to dry flat but I CBA so I hang mine. I don’t mind them longer as I’m tall
