Posting here for traffic - Years ago, I had a dvd of a fitness lady, who specialized in women's health, in particular pelvic floor issues, the name of the dvd I think was hab-it, she was a blonde, American lady, I have lost the dvd since, and the website seems to be now non operational. A long shot, but does anyone know if the website changed names or can you recommend a similar type one, I thought she was excellent, and it really helped improve the issues I had. Thank you.
