Anyone else finding asthma worse with today's changes in air pressure?

Anyone else really struggling with asthma and changes in atmospheric pressure today?

My asthma is normally well controlled but I've taken the maximum puffs of my inhaler and there's just no air. I can breathe so no need for anything drastic like A and E but it's an effort and even hanging a few things on the washing line has wiped me out.

Tempted to go to the gym for the aircon but I absolutely know my dh would think I'm trying to avoid gardening!!

I had a spiro test on Friday and they’ve upped my dose in everything - currently on three puffers. It’s a struggle - getting a lot more breathless with stuff that is usually fine. Sending solidarity.

Yes I’m struggling too, it’s the humidity in the air, it’s been over 60 these last few days.

im using the blue inhaler

anyone got any other tips?

I had to go to the doctors and get steroids, Prednisolone, the other week I was having great difficulty breathing and had a tightness in my chest.
My asthma is usually very well controlled.
Now on Montelukast, plus my normal meds, which are helping enormously.
Back to normal.

Tempted to go to the gym for the aircon but I absolutely know my dh would think I'm trying to avoid gardening!! Given you are finding your asthma problematic your DH would be a massive twat if he wasn't encouraging you to go to a more comfortable space and leave the gardening.
