After always sleeping on my front I am trying to train myself to sleep on my back as it is supposed to help reduce teeth grinding at night. I am waking up in the night with lower back pain, as I don't think my current pillow supports my neck well enough on my back.
Can anyone please recommend a decent pillow for back sleeping? Thanks 😊
