Weekend ideas for DD 21st

DD is turning 21 in the summer. We are not as financially stable as we expected to be as I've been made redundant and DH has taken a massive hit at work - so our idea of a weekend in NYC is out of the window. Especially now that you factor in USA World Cup prices.

We are trying to come up with weekend alternatives for a family of 4. Probably UK based. DH and I, DD and DS, 19.

DD is a mixed bag,. She likes:

Music
Nature
Animals
Scenery

But also
Glamorous and exciting bars/restaurants/environments
Adrenalin things - zip wires etc
Posing for twatty social media pictures at boujie looking rooftop bars
Sushi

We live in London, so she does have access to the boujie bit so I was leaning towards the nature bit, but I am really not sure. And probably UK but open to non expensive European options.

It just needs to have something special about it - something that doesn't feel every day.

ANY ideas welcome.

For adrenalin, you could do the speed boat down the Thames or the climb of the O2? There's the world's tallest aqueduct that you canoe across in Wales.

Animal experience at a zoo? Maybe VIP experience at Longleat?

Something like the Crystal Maze experience or Traitors?

A photo shoot? Could see if a student photographer would do it for cheaper for their portfolio.

Walking llamas?

Stag or highland cow safari?

Somewhere for scenery might be Fountains Abbey and nearby Brimham rocks or maybe Cornwall?

Gosh thanks. Want to get out of London so the Wales aquaduct and Longleat are good suggestions. With look at Fointains Abbey as well.

train up from London via Leeds. Zip wire the cow and calf for charity (adrenaline and nature!), then back into Leeds for a night out in twatty rooftop bars 😂

ilkley or Harrogate can also fulfil the boogie requirement in places too 😂

York is really lovely for a weekend trip, lots to do and very pretty.

Hopeful bump

Does anyone have any more specific location/ accom or activity ideas?

Looked at Longleat and I am worried it's a bit babyish
Her boyfriend is taking her for a weekend in a treehouse thing
Really can't seem to find something that feels just right. She's hard a hard few years and damp squib 16th and 18ths, so really want to make this special.

La Rochelle? Glam harbour and nice countryside nearby.
