I'd like to start Caroline Girvan's Iron series. I struggle with exercise in that I find it very very boring.
I also consider myself quite weak... 5'2, size 8-10, 53 years old. I know I need to start doing something for muscle preservation. So, was looking at the Youtube channel and I think I could do that.
But I have no idea what dumbbells I should get. Can anyone advise? I already have 2kg, so was thinking 5kg, 8kg, 12kg. And I ready somewhere that a heavier one is also useful. Does that sound right? They're quite expensive so I really want to get something I'll use. Thanks in advance
