Has anyone tried the new Feast recipe and found it worse?

Anyone tried the new recipe Feast ice cream? They are awful. Why change a perfect recipe. I got a couple of old ones, a couple of months ago. Was wondering why they were selling cheap.
Just bought 3 boxes of the new improved recipe and yuk!

Have they discontinued the original chocolate one? I have tried the caramel and the hazelnut. Both are OK but not as good as the chocolate. Aldi do one called a Fiesta which is great.

Yes - bought one the other day and was so disappointed. It’s disgusting now!

No but I have excepted that when something says new and improved it is now awful.

Yes they are disgusting now they've got rid of the chocolate ice cream and the chocolate bit in the middle is tiny now. I won't buy them again

Just bought a box of feast ice-cream and found they had changed the recipe, and not for the better. It's like taking a snickers , taking out the nuts and replacing them with raisins, it does not work. Please bring back the original

I love the new one. I loved the old one too. Perhaps I’m just greedy easily pleased.

I quite like them. But they are COMPLETELY different to the original version. The ice cream is white (bright white!) and to me tasted coconutty. Looking at the packaging…. Maybe what I’m tasting is actually the hazelnut it mentions?
My assumption was I’d bought a new flavour of Feast on a stick. Like an orange flavoured variation or a white chocolate one etc. I was v surprised to discover that nope this IS the new “improved” Feast.

Presumably to save money. Chocolate is very expensive these days. It’s rubbish when they ‘improve’ something you loved with no need for improvement.

Yup I bought a box on my order the other day and was disappointed the chocolate ice cream was gone and the previously satisfying chocolate centre was diminished. Presumably shortage of cocoa. First world problem but sad 😢

And presumably they can’t call them Big Feast anymore either. Cos they ain’t.

I had an "old" feast a couple of months ago after not having one since I was a kid, and it was disgusting. The hard chocolate bit in the middle was palm oil-y and the "chocolate" ice cream tasted of cardboard and sadness. Can't imagine how the new version could be any worse!

I had this conversation yesterday as I was very disappointed when I bought a box. Definitely didn’t bring back childhood memories
