It’s with the GP so presumably it’s to decide if I need to be referred or not?
Ive filled out the questionnaire which seems to be quite basic, some responses to questions are often rather than very often but that’s because I’ve set up systems to stop me forgetting things. Should I have answered as though I don’t have the systems? It’s mostly using my calendar for every appointment or event with attachments or links so I can find the emails it relates to. I never miss appointments because they aren’t usually mine.
I’ve written a list of things that make me think I may have it but I feel like a fraud. What if how I feel is normal and I’m just a rubbish person who needs to get a grip. Will I need the list? It’s very long and I keep remembering things to add.
I hate this but I hate feeling like I do even more.
