We have new neighbours, less than 2 weeks. They only appear very late at night, are very noisy and then leave.
Today it seems they have been in and removed all 4 chimney breasts on the party walls. We’ve had no notification and have at least one crack appearing and possible roof issues.
We have tried to contact the council and someone should ring us in the morning and then DH will ring the insurers.
i can guarantee they have no planning, structural survey and we have had no party wall notification.
i am so upset, we’ve been here so long and I just want to leave now. I tried to talk to the new owner about the noise and he denied it was him, his English is also extremely poor. He’s not moved in yet and have no contact for him.
any tips on how to proceed?
