How much washing have you got done today?

Just for fun! We’ve just got back from holidays and I’m on my 4th load of washing. 1st load already dry and put away thanks to the lovely sunshine.

how much washing have you got done? I feel like I’m in competition with myself to try and wash all our clothes whilst it’s so nice!

Only 2 but it was the last of the winter fraught excluding curtains to be washed ready for putting away so I’m glad all these ‘extra’ bits of washing are done. There’s not a single dirty item of clothing anywhere…until we get ready for bed. Empty baskets don’t stay empty for long!

Storm and rain this morning so none. Storm so bad I also didn’t get any sleep 😫

I did three loads Tuesday, it was so hot I was able to bring them in, fold them, hang them and put them away within an hour or so.
Wednesday I did two loads, today one.
My boys think I'm crazy to enjoy hanging the wash and even to stand for a few moments watching it billow out and flap in the bright sunlight, but I do!
I never thought I'd run out of laundry before running out of beautiful, hot sunny days!

well it was 3, including the bedding. However, a bird shat on my quilt cover so had to rewash that, so now 4.

Ooh that’s a good shout. Going to do dressing gowns tomorrow.
