Soft-flow shower head recommendations for a five-year-old scared of showers

We have a granddaughter who is terrified of the shower, must admit quite hard and noisy - does anyone know of a soft flow shower head we can fit - she’s 5 now and getting too big for the baby bath - we only have a Mira shower - no bath? Thanks.
