Frustration over New Look return

I shop online in the main as I live in the middle of nowhere and have a disability.
I need to return a pair of jeans that are too small. New Look now have no free returns policy unless you take it to a store. The other option, InPost does not have a venue near me and costs £2.90.
So if you are going to shop with New Look online you need to be aware of how their returns policy has changed.
No wonder everyone shops with amazon!

H&M have the same. I think it's £2.99 for them. Did a huge online order and needed two pairs of jeans. I ended up taking them back to the shop which was a major hassle with two kids in tow.
