I will just remark that when I was a regular attendee at a blockchain and c$ypto working group (because I was in FinTech strategy) I met even more crooks than when I was in property software. When you realise you are surrounded by people who would make estate agents embarrassed, you know it's dodgy.
As I have said since 2011 or so (whenever I acquired some BTC), the more interesting part is the state machine that is the blockchain.
Incidentally, if anyone can't join the dots of why c$ypto is such a fetish for the Alt-Right ... it's because it would allow the holy grail of differential valued currencies to finally become real. Or TL;DR, your "pounds" are not worth the same as Nigel Farages. If you don't have to look up "truck acts" you will get the idea. I imagine someone like Bezos waiting for the day he can pay his employees in "Amazon dollars"
